Your statutory customer rights are not affected by anything in these terms and conditions.

By using this website you agree to accept these terms and conditions. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

Availability

All orders are subject to availability.

Payment

Payment via the website is taken via credit or debit card or via Uk cheque. You may also pay via a Paypal.  You do not need a Paypal account for this. If you would prefer to pay via other means please select the method of your choice at checkout.  You may also place your order via telephone. Pleaae feel free to contact us for further payment advice.

Delivery

UK SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER £50 IS FREE! There is a charge for shipping to other destinations. (Europe =£5, Rest of world = £11).  Shipping for all other orders is just £3.50.

We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. We use Royal Mail delivery services. We aim to ship all in stock items within 5 day of receipt of order.

Environment

At Sling Jax™ Baby Slings we are committed to doing our bit to protect the environment. To this end, where ever possible, we use recycled packaging material. This also helps to keep our prices low :)

Cancellation/Returns

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the expiry of 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the order, providing it is returned unused, still in its original packaging and suitable for resale. (You may remove from packaging in order to try the item on but please do not remove tags).  You will receive a refund of the purchase price less shipping. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Should your carrier/other item have a fault, you may return it for a full refund including shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.

At Sling Jax™ Baby Slings we comply with UK Data Protection Law. We use the information collected from you to process orders and nothing else (unless you have given permission for us to send you a newsletter). Your information will never be given or sold to any third party.

Baby Sling Hire Terms

The hire period is for two weeks.

Safety first

Stay aware while babywearing. It is your responsibility to keep your baby safe. Any baby sling is only as strong as the knots you tie. Check your knots often, and check to be sure that your baby is seated correctly in the carrier while you wear him. Mei tai carriers are very secure, but babies can and do wiggle, kick, and squirm -- always be ready to secure your child with your arms if necessary. Inspect all seams before putting your baby into any carrier, and DO NOT USE if there is any question about its safety.

Costs

Sling Hire costs £9.99 for a two week loan.

You will be charged a deposit to cover damage or loss while you have the baby sling. Your deposit will be refunded once the sling has been returned to us in a satisfactory condition (i.e clean, undamaged and with any instructions received with it).

Shipping

We aim to ship all goods within 48 hours of order placement.

UK Shipping is FREE for orders over £50!

The cost of returning the Mei Tai to us is not included in the hire charge.

Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards and Paypal.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as cleared payment is received.

We will send you the baby sling of your choice.  You are responsible for returning the the baby sling to us.

Please keep all paperwork for the delivery until your deposit is returned to you.
